The
town is often referred as little Dubrovnik, because of its beauty
and buildings.
The island is also famous for its
sandy beaches.
If you're staying in the town there is a sandy beach only a 15 minutes
walking from the old town in Luka Korculanska Bay. You can also take
a short taxi boat drive from the town harbor. Near the beach several bars
are offering refreshment and food. The beach is popular with families with
small children which enjoy shallow sandy waters of Kurculanska Bay.
