During the last two years many foreigners have been looking and
buying property in Croatia. The German national are the most know buyers of
Croatia property but lately there is a big number of British and Irish investors

There is some legality involved when a foreigner buy
property in Croatia, they need to obtain permission from the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs in order to register the Croatia property under their
name in the local Land Registry. This is just a formality and
permissions aren't denied unless the applicant has a compromising record
with Croatia.
