Krk can be reached by bridge from main land. This is a famous Krk bridge. The Krk island has ferry connections with Cres island starting from Valbiska (Krk island) to Merag (island Cres)
For more information see www.jadrolinija.hr
To reach Losinj island you have to go to Osor town (Cres island) and there you will find a rotating bridge. I think this bridge is operating twice a day, but don?t take it for sure. (It could be more times)
You can reach Cres from Brestova (Istria) to Porozina (Cres) and it takes only 20 minutes. It goes practically every 10 minutes. This is only if you don?t go to Krk first.
From Losinj there is a problem. There is a fast boat connection to Pula (Istria) and Venice from mid of April to the second half of September but it only a passenger connection. In your case your problem is a motorbike. In your case return to Cres (Porozine) and take ferry to Brestova and from there to Italy.

Ferries in Croatia by: Nick Stanley (Coventry.UK)
Hi Mike,
You need to look at the Jadrolinija Ferry website. I think it is: www.jadrolinija.hr
They are the state-owned Croatian National Ferry Company and they have always served me well!
You can catch them from Zadar-Ancona in Italy or from Split-Ancona. In addition they run the MV. Marco Polo from Rijeka-Split-Hvar-Korcula-Dubrovnik to Bari in Italy - this is a lovely run on a good ship that terminates well down in italy.
They also operate smaller ferries linking most of the Croatian islands with main shipping centres.
Believe me, their fares are not expensive and their timings are pretty good!
