If you are a single guy and a naturist I would advise you to spend some time in Hvar town on the island of Hvar. I have heard it called the "New Ibiza" and I used to go to Ibiza when it really was swinging! It all seems to be going on in Hvar these days! Oh to be young again!
There is also plenty of life and action in Dubrovnik.
It depends what you want really. At my time of life I like my holidays a little on the peaceful side so I only make day visits to Hvar and Dubrovnik now! Still tremendous places though!

The best way to reach Croatia from Dubai is to fly to Rome. From Rome you have a flight to Dubrovnik. Check the flights schedules on Croatia Airlines website. In Dubrovnik you can easily find a nudist beach.

Dubrovnik Summer
Festival (10 July – 25 August) - classical drama and ballet plays are performed in the streets and squares.
After couple of days you can take a ferry from Dubrovnik to Hvar island and than to Split town, the capital of Dalmatia.
Split Summer Festival (14 July – 14 August) - traditional summer festival of opera, drama, dance and music taking place mainly in the center of Split’s old city.
You can return from Split to Rome to take your Dubai flight.
