Lone Bay beach has become the most frequented beach in Rovinj. This pebble beach is ideal for children and seniors who can easily enjoy swimming, playing and sunbathing without fear. A few meters from the shore, you can find shade under thick tops of centuries-old trees, and there are two snack bars at the beginning and in the middle of the bay, in which you can always find refreshment.

Rovinj islands and beaches

The beach is located near many hotels (Park, Eden, Montauro), yacht marina and it is in walking distance form town center. It takes a fifteen-minute walk to get from Trg Marala Tita to Lone Bay. If you are arriving by car, you can park near the Monvi amusement center, and walk down to the bay. Of course, I recommend you to use a bicycle, which is the fastest and most comfortable way to get to the beaches. You can rent bicycles near the Delfin pool. Lone Bay is a part of the protected Zlatni Rt (Golden Cape) park forest that is widely known for its beauty.

Very close to the town center

Snack bar services
Nice view of the old town
You can find shade of high trees near the shore.

Disadvantages:
In July and August is rather crowded
The beach is forbidden for nudists.
