Novalja is a town on the northern Dalmatian island of Pag, well known for its Pag lace and world-renowned Pag cheese. Spend your days on one of Pag’s sand beaches, considered among the most beautiful on the island. While your evening outings can be completed by the island’s specialty, Pag lamb. The island of Pag is the fifth largest island in the Adriatic Sea and its well-indented coastline is the longest in the Adriatic. It is 270 kilometres long, full of bays, coves, capes and beaches. How to get there? By ferry: During the summer season (30. 5 - 30. 9. ), on the direction Prizna - island Pag (igljen), ferries sail 24 / 7, and in the rest of the year, they sail 13 times during the day in both direction, from 5.30 h in the morining till 22.30 h in the evening. Ferries run by Jadrolinija!
By the car / bus: From Zagreb or Rijeka , with the ferry Prizna - igljen. On the south side of the island, you can come over the Paski most (Paski bridge). from Zagreb and Split, except with the ferry, you can drive on the highway and go out on the Posedarje exit and then over the Paski most. From central and south Italy, on the direction Ancona - Zadar, you can come with the ferry, and then over the Paski most to Novalja. Croatia road map with useful telephone numbers
By the airplane: The nearest international airport (airport Zemunik - Zadar) is 80 km or 60 minutes of drive, from Novalja. Zadar Airport

The beach is urban and well visited by the local population and the tourists. The beach is known as the party beach of Croatia. There are three beach clubs, Aquarius, Kalypso and Papaya, which are open around the clock during summer. Papaya is arranged in exotic style and it offers bar, restaurant, VIP area, pool, water slide, jacuzzi, after beach parties, cocktail parties, foam parties and dancing all night. 10 kilometers east of Novalja town. It is about 5 kilometers long
and it is connected with the beach Eista, which is also a sandy
beach, while from the other side of beach St. Duh.
Half of the beach is used by naturists. Entrance is charged 5 Kuna (that’s about 0.7 EUR). On the southern end of the beach you can find small autocamp "Sv. is one of the biggest and nicest campings on the Adriatic coast, located 2 km south-east from Novalja. It can be reached from Novalja by car, by foot or by mountain-bike trough the forest path.
