Marmont Hotel

Read what Milton Keynes says about Marmont Hotel in Split on June 15.2009!

We checked into the Marmont in Split after checking out of the Bellevue Hotel due to dissatisfaction with it's value.

The reception staff were the most friendly and helpful hotel staff I think I have ever experienced. The room was delightful with air-con, plasma telly, a large bed and even larger shower! The room was finishing to a high standard and had that pampering hotel-feel about it. It is located in the pedestrian area of the old town, just outside the Roman palace. It is a fantastic location for seeing the old town.

We got a special rate as we walked in off the street to see if they had a room available so got very good value for money. You could walk past the entrance and not know you had just passed a super hotel. There is also a sun terrace on the second floor that allows you to sit outside.

There is a mysterious fourth-floor which we think has a super-luxury penthouse as the room rates showed their most expensive room as a whopping 13,000 kuna per night!

If you're looking for something a bit special, try the Marmont. Hopefully, you'll have as pleasant a stay as we did.

Split hotel reviews by Atompeg from London, about Marmont Hotel on June 17, 2009:

Couples loved it here. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was fantastic, the bed was so comfy! Nice and spacious, clean and cool. The bathroom was very nice and the shower was great!

Really well placed for seeing Split, the front entrance is tucked away down one of the little streets in the old town.
Superb!
